METHOD
Ensure you have a clean green chopping board prepared.
Place peeled pumpkin onto the chopping board.
Using a medium knife and working with each piece of pumpkin cut 10mm thick slices lengthwise working from one flat edge.
Place slices together and working from one edge cut pumpkin at 10mm intervals to form strips.
Place strips together and cut directly across at 10mm intervals to form medium dice.
Continue with remaining peeled pumpkin.
Place in a large clean plastic container with a lid.
Store in the refrigerator until required.
